摘要
高血压是心血管疾病发生与死亡的主要危险因素,而我国高血压的控制情况不理想。近些年,治疗惰性概念兴起,是指未达控制目标却没有启用或强化治疗。治疗惰性是影响高血压药物利用与血压控制的关键因素。下文将从高血压治疗惰性的定义、流行现状、影响因素、综合干预等方面系统介绍其研究进展。
Hypertension has been a major risk factor for incidence and death of cadiovascular diseases.At present,the control rate of hypertension in Chinese is still very low.The emerging concept of therapeutic inertia in recent years refers to the failure to achieve therapeutic goals,but still not initiating or intensifying treatment.Therapeutic inertia of hypertension plays critical role in drug utilization and blood pressure control,therefore the next will comprehensively review and elaborate the definition,prevalence,influence factor and comprehensive intervention of hypertensive therapeutic inertia.
