摘要
为评价巢湖主产鱼类肌肉中抗生素的污染特征和风险水平,采用快速溶剂萃取-固相萃取-高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用技术(ASE-SPE-LC-MS/MS),对巢湖湖区7种主产鱼类和4条入湖河流鲤鱼肌肉中的抗生素浓度进行分析.结果显示:(1)从巢湖鱼类肌肉中共检出3类15种抗生素,单个抗生素浓度范围从未检测到(n.d)到76.95 ng/g,氟喹诺酮类(FQs)抗生素含量占比为77%,占主导地位.(2)通过对比不同水域和不同生活习性鱼类肌肉中抗生素的浓度发现,河流鱼类肌肉中抗生素总浓度高于湖区,底栖鱼类肌肉中抗生素浓度高于中上层鱼类,说明鱼类生活环境和摄食习惯对抗生素在鱼体内的积累有影响.(3)通过主成分分析(PCA)发现,巢湖鱼体内抗生素可能来源于生活废水、医疗废水、畜牧水产养殖废水,同时鱼体中抗生素的来源还受鱼类摄食习惯的影响.(4)通过健康风险评估发现,巢湖鱼类肌肉中检出抗生素的健康风险熵(HQ)范围为4.8×10^(-6)-4.0×10^(-2),危害指数(HI)的范围为1.9×10^(-3)-4.9×10^(-2),二者最大值皆小于0.1.本研究表明抗生素在巢湖主产鱼类肌肉中普遍存在,人类通过食用巢湖鱼类摄入抗生素的健康风险为低风险.
To evaluate the pollution characteristics and risk levels of antibiotics in the muscles of the major fish species in Chaohu Lake,the concentrations of antibiotics in the muscles of seven major fish species and four rivers entering Chaohu Lake were analyzed by accelerated solvent extraction-solid phase extractionhigh performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(ASE-SPE-LC-MS/MS).The results showed that:(1)15 kinds of antibiotics were detected in Chaohu fish muscles,the concentration range of single antibiotics was not detected(n.d.)to 76.95 ng/g,and the proportion of fluoroquinolone(FQ)antibiotics was 77%,which was dominant.(2)By comparing the concentration of antibiotics in the muscles of fish from different waters and habitats,it was found that the total concentration of antibiotics in the muscles of river fish was higher than that in the lake area,and the concentration of antibiotics in the muscles of benthic fish was higher than that of pelagic fish,indicating that their living environment and feeding habits impact the accumulation of antibiotics in fish.(3)Principal component analysis(PCA)showed that the antibiotics in Chaohu fish may originate from domestic,medical,livestock,and aquaculture wastewaters and that the source of antibiotics in fish is also affected by fish feeding habits.(4)Through health risk assessment,it was found that the range of health risk entropy(HQ)of antibiotics detected in Chaohu fish muscles was 4.8×10^(-6)to 4.0×10^(-2),the range of the hazard index(HI)was 1.9×10^(-3)to 4.9×10^(-2),and the maximum values of both were less than 0.1.This study showed that antibiotics are commonly found in the muscles of the major fish species in Chaohu Lake,but the health risk to people taking in antibiotics by consuming Chaohu Lake fish is low.
