摘要
目的探讨人绝经期促性腺激素治疗多囊卵巢综合征所致不孕症的临床应用价值。方法选取2017年2月—2018年4月河南省三门峡市陕州区人民医院收治的80例多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组接受氯米芬治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上接受人绝经期促性腺激素治疗。治疗前后检测并比较两组血清雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)和黄体生成素(LH)、BMI、腰围和臀围;治疗前后观察并比较两组子宫内膜厚度及宫颈黏液性状评分;记录并比较两组不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组血清E2、FSH和LH水平均高于本组治疗前和同期对照组,体质量指数(BMI)、腰围、臀围均低于本组治疗前和同期对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组子宫内膜厚度及宫颈黏液性状评分均高于本组治疗前和同期对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论使用氯米芬联合人绝经期促性腺激素治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者,能更好地促进机体性激素分泌功能,调节体脂分布,改善子宫内膜功能,更利于妊娠发生。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of human menopausal gonadotropins in the treatment of infertility caused by polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS).Methods Totally 80 PCOS patients admitted in Shanzhou District People’s Hospital of Sanmenxia from February 2017 to April 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clomiphene,and the observation group was treated with human menopausal gonadotropin on the basis of the control group.Before and after treatment,the levels of sex hormone index including estradiol(E2),follicular stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH),body mass index(BMI),waist circumference and hip circumference,the endometrial thickness and cervical mucus score between the two groups were observed and compared.The occurrence of adverse reactions was recorded and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,E2,FSH and LH levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment and the control group(P<0.05);BMI,waist circumference and hip circumference in the observation group were lower than those before treatment and the control group(P<0.05);the endometrial thickness and cervical mucus score in the observation group were higher than those before treatment and the control group(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion For infertile patients with PCOS,clomiphene combined with human menopausal gonadotropin can promote the secretion function of body sex hormone,regulate the distribution of body fat,so it can improve the function of endometrium,and it is more conducive to pregnancy.
