摘要
‘黄金茶3号’是采用系统选育法从‘保靖黄金茶’群体种中选育出的茶树新品种。灌木型、中叶类、芽叶黄绿色、发芽密度中等。春季一芽二叶蒸青样水浸出物含量37.5%,氨基酸含量4.6%,茶多酚含量23.2%,咖啡碱含量3.8%。一芽二叶鲜叶产量7192kg·hm^(-2)。宜加工卷曲型绿茶,外形条索紧细,色泽嫩绿带毫,香气高长,汤色黄绿明亮,滋味鲜爽。适宜在湖南茶区冬季或春季进行茶苗栽种。
‘Huangjincha 3’is a new tea tree cultivar,with shrubs type,medium leaves,chartreuse bud leaves,and medium germination density,selected from the‘Baojing Huangjincha’population by pedigree selection.The content of water extracts,amino acids,tea polyphenols and caffeine were 37.5%,4.6%,23.2%,3.8%,respectively.One bud and two leaves yield were 7192 kg·hm^(-2).It is suitable for making green tea,there are tight and heavy with jade green appearance,higher aroma,bright chartreuse color in the soup,and refreshing taste.It is suitable for planting in Hunan tea areas in winter or spring.
