摘要
在人类社会风险特征日益凸显的现实背景下,在高校兴办应急管理专业,培育大量专业型人才成为提升社会安全度的内在要求。当下中国高校应急管理专业建设具有典型的新文科背景,而地方高校是承担这一重任的主体。受制于学科基础薄弱、发展条件有限等,地方高校应急管理专业建设面临五大协同困境,即打造特色与先天条件间的协同困境、实践需求与能力供给间的协同困境、质量管控与标准化建设间的协同困境、学校教育与在线教育间的协同困境、学校培养与社会就业间的协同困境。对标新文科建设要求,地方高校可从积极筹划跨学科发展、革新培养手段和方法、以多元形式对接实践等策略,探索应急管理专业建设的优化路径。
Against the backdrop of increasingly prominent risk characteristics in human society,establishing emergency management majors in universities and cultivating a large number of specialized talents has become an inherent requirement for improving social security.The current construction of emergency management majors in Chinese universities has a typical background of new liberal arts,and local universities are the main body responsible for this important task.Due to weak disciplinary foundations and limited development conditions,the construction of emergency management majors in local universities faces five collaborative dilemmas,namely the collaborative dilemma between creating characteristics and innate conditions,the collaborative dilemma between practical needs and capacity supply,the collaborative dilemma between quality control and standardization construction,the collaborative dilemma between school education and online education,and the collaborative dilemma between school training and social employment.Local universities can explore the optimization path for the construction of emergency management majors by actively planning interdisciplinary development,innovating training methods and integrating practice in multiple forms in response to the requirements for the construction of new liberal arts.
