摘要
在目前难以吸引大量高素质专业化社会工作人才从事基层工会工作的情况下,有必要将社会工作伦理价值引入基层工会,指导其更好地开展相关工会工作。要构建社会工作伦理视角的工会工作模式,在基层工会坚持"以人为本"的社会工作核心伦理价值,遵循"尊重与接纳、个性化、个体自决和保密"等专业伦理规范。工会工作者要将社会工作伦理内化为自己的职业伦理,融合到基层工会的实际工作中。
Since it’s difficult to attract high-quality professional social workers to engage in the work of grass-roots trade unions,it is necessary to introduce the ethical value of social work into grass-roots trade unions to guide them to better carry out relevant trade union work.It’s a must to construct a trade union work mode from the perspective of social work ethics,adhere to the core ethical value of people-oriented social work in grass-roots trade unions,and follow the professional ethical norms of respect and acceptance,individualization,individual self-determination and confidentiality.Moreover,trade union workers are required to internalize social work ethics into their own professional ethics and integrate them into the practical work of grass-roots trade unions.
