摘要
目的:为了掌握某军区33家医疗卫生单位2013年放射诊疗设备机房周围环境辐射防护状况。方法:现场检测、数据分析并依据相应的国家标准进行评价。结果:普通X线机房各检测项目中不合格的项目主要是防护门、防护墙和防护窗,CT机房不合格的项目主要是防护门和楼面,核医学设备机房不合格的项目主要是休息室防护门及工作场所的表面污染。三种类型设备总的防护检测合格率由低到高的顺序是:核医学、放射诊断和放射治疗。其他设备机房防护检测合格率均为100%。结论:应重视改建机房放射防护的设计和施工,加强对CT机房防护门及楼面的防护,加强对PET-CT工作场所注射过放射性药物患者的管理,核医学工作场所必须随时和定期进行放射性表面污染监测。
Objective:To grasp the environmental radiation levels around radiation equipment of 33 military health units in2013.Methods Methods:The methods were field test,data analysis and evaluation according to the corresponding national standards.Re Results:The unqualified projects of ordinary X-ray were mainly protective doors,walls and windows,CT unqualified projects were doors and floors,nuclear medical equipment unqualified projects were anteroom doors and surface contaminations.Three kinds of equipment qualified rates from high to low order was:nuclear medicine,diagnostic radiology and radiation therapy.In addition to the ordinary X-ray,CT and PET-CT device,detection qualified rate was 100%.Conclusion:Attention should be paid to the design and construction of the reconstructed room radiological protection,strengthen the protection of CT room doors and floors,strengthen the management of patients with radioactive drugs on PET-CT workplace,and readily and regularly monitor surface contamination must be done in nuclear medical workplaces.
