摘要
为解决企业员工由于各类因素导致的健康与意外事件对社会稳定、企业安全生产、经营管理等造成的问题,提高企业在员工健康管理方面的水平,保障企业安全生产平稳运行。首先,对企业员工健康问题的普遍表现进行分类总结与分析;其次,从社会环境、工作环境、家庭矛盾、人际关系、自身性格缺陷5方面,并结合典型案例,分析影响企业员工健康及可能产生意外事件的深层次原因;最后,提出加强员工健康管理的有效途径与方法。结果表明:增强员工对企业的归属感,激发工作热情与工作积极性,能够减少因身体疾病、心理问题造成的各类意外事件发生,确保员工的安全健康与企业的安全稳定运行。
In order to actively solve impacts of health problems and accidents caused by various factors on social stability,enterprises′work safety and operation management,to improve employees′health management and effectively ensure smooth operation of enterprises′safe production,firstly,general manifestations of employees′health problems were classified,summarized and analyzed.Secondly,deep-seated reasons affecting their health and that may cause accidents were analyzed from five aspects of social environment,working environment,family contradictions,interpersonal relations and their own personality flaws based on typical cases.Finally,effective ways and methods to strengthen employees′health management were put forward.The results show that enhancing employees′sense of belonging to enterprises and stimulating their enthusiasm for work can effectively reduce all kinds of accidents caused by physical diseases and psychological problems,ensuring safety and health of employees as well as safe and stable operation of enterprises.
