摘要
目的 探讨微小切口治疗面颈部皮脂腺囊肿的临床效果及可行性。方法 选取本院2017年8月-2021年3月门诊诊断为面颈部皮脂腺囊肿的患者116例,其中微小切口组62例,采用直径约2~5 mm微小切口治疗皮脂腺囊肿;对照组54例采用传统梭形切除法治疗。结果 对所选116例皮脂腺囊肿患者进行6个月~2年随访,其中微小切口组36例已看不出瘢痕痕迹,26例可见轻微浅表瘢痕,均无感染,微小切口组瘢痕长度(0.20±0.23)cm,对照组瘢痕长度(1.82±0.76)cm,微小切口组瘢痕长度与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组囊肿术后随访6个月~2年,复发率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 对于面颈部皮脂腺囊肿采用门诊微小切口治疗,可减小手术切口,术后基本无瘢痕或仅有较小浅表瘢痕,复发率低,美容效果好,临床效果肯定,患者满意度高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and feasibility of micro-incision in the treatment of sebaceous cyst in face and neck.Methods One hundred and sixteen patients with sebaceous cysts in the face and neck diagnosed in our hospital from August 2017 to March 2021 were selected.There were 62 patients in the micro-incision group treated with a small incision of about 2-5 mm in diameter, and 54 patients in the control group treated with traditional fusiform resection.Results One hundred and sixteen patients with sebaceous gland cysts were followed up for 6 months to 2 years. In the micro incision group, scar were not seen in 36 cases and slight superficial scars were seen in 26 cases. There was no infection. The scar length was(0.20±0.23)cm in micro-incision group, and was(1.82±0.76)cm in control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups after 6 months to 2 years follow-up(P> 0.05).Conclusion The treatment of sebaceous cyst in face and neck with micro-incision can reduce the surgical incision, there is no scar or only small superficial scar, the recurrence rate is low, the cosmetic effect is good, the clinical effect is positive, and the satisfaction of patients is high.
