摘要
新一代信息技术的发展,加之新冠肺炎疫情的全球性爆发,刷新了数字经济在世界经济领域的地位。就国内而言,数字经济企业在疫情防控、民生消费、激活经济等方面发挥了举足轻重的作用,体现了后疫情时代进一步推进数字要素转化、解放数字生产力的必要性。标准作为对社会生产和服务活动的技术要求进行统一规范的行为,已成为数字经济发展的基石。面对全球变局与国内数字经济转型的战略机遇,思考如何发挥标准化作用,促进数字经济发展,成为时代赋予技术创新、产业发展、安全治理的新任务。
The development of the new generation of information technology,coupled with the global outbreak of COVID-19,has refreshed the position of the digital economy in the world economy.Domestically,enterprises in the field of digital economy have played an important role in COVID-19 prevention and control,they are of great significance for people’s livelihood consumption and activating the economy,reflecting that the necessity of further promoting the transformation of digital elements and liberating digital productivity in the post epidemic era.Facing the strategic opportunities of global changes and domestic digital economy transformation,thinking about how to play the role of standardization and promote the development of digital economy has become a new task entrusted by the times to technological innovation,industrial development and security governance.
