摘要
目的:实验将针对急性肺炎患者采用宣白承气汤联合西药标准化治疗方案,进一步分析如何更好地控制患者病情发展,提高治疗疗效。方法:实验选取急性肺炎患者作为调研的主体,在时间段上则截取了2019年8月~2020年9月收治的80例患者,通过随机数字表设计方案完成分组。对照组患者采用常规治疗措施,观察组则为宣白承气汤联合西药标准化治疗方案,分析应用差异性。结果:从治疗情况上看,在咳嗽消失时间、啰音消失时间、发热消退时间以及住院用时上,观察组患者的康复速度更快,用时更短,差异具有统计学意义。此外,在中性粒细胞和白细胞计数上,两组患者前后治疗结果均存在差异,且观察组的指标结果更优。结论:采用宣白承气汤联合西药标准化治疗方案对于急性肺炎患者的治疗十分有效,可解决患者治疗用时,促使疾病早日康复,可推广应用。
Objective:Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction combined with western medicine standardized treatment plan for were applied to patients with acute pneumonia.This study further analyzed how to better control the progression of patients’conditions and improve therapeutic effect.Methods:A total of 80 patients with acute pneumonia admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to September 2020 were selected and grouped by using random number table.Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,while patients in the observation group were treated with Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction combined with standardized western medicine.Results:Patients in the observation group recovered faster from cough,rales,and fever and were discharged from the hospital earlier,and the difference was statistically significant.In addition,regarding neutrophil and white blood cell count,there were differences between the two groups before and after treatment,and the index results of the observation group were better.Conclusion:Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction combined with western medicine standardized treatment is effective for the treatment of patients with acute pneumonia.The protocol can shorten treatment time and promote early recovery,so it can be popularized and applied.
