摘要
党的十八届三中全会以来,广西柳州市深化标准化工作改革,积极培育发展团体标准,以政策激励和措施引导为推动力,以市场需求为导向,以实现标准快速供给为目标,不断提高团体标准实用性和先进性,注重团体标准推广应用,形成了可复制、可推广的先进适用团体标准快速供给柳州模式,助推柳州经济社会高质量发展。本文基于柳州团体标准工作实践,探讨先进适用团体标准供给新路径,为开展团体标准化工作提供参考建议。
Since the third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the CPC,Liuzhou in Southwest China’s Guangxi province has deepened the standardization reform,actively cultivated and developed association standards.With policy incentives and measures guidance as the driving force,Liuzhou has improved the practicality and advancement of association standards,and emphasized the standards promotion and application to respond to market demands in time.Liuzhou has formed replicable patterns of providing advanced and applicable association standards rapidly,promoting the high-quality economic and social development of Liuzhou.Based on the practice of Liuzhou association standards,this paper studies a new path to develop advanced and applicable association standards,providing reference for carrying out association standardization work.
