摘要
我国经济已转入高质量发展阶段,养老服务标准化建设对于加强养老服务行业自律、规范养老服务行为、提高养老服务质量、推进养老服务供给侧改革起着重要作用。为推动养老服务业标准化的发展,以增进人民福祉、满足人民群众日益增长的需求为导向,本文围绕养老服务发展趋势提出标准化体系架构、发展路线图及对策建议,构建与生活性服务业发展相适应的养老服务业标准化体系。
As China has entered a stage of high-quality economy development,the standardization of elderly service plays an important role in strengthening the self-discipline of the elderly service industry,standardizing elderly service behaviors,improving the quality of elderly service,and promoting the supply-side reform of elderly service.In order to promote the standardization of the elderly service industry,and improve people’s well-being and meet their increasing needs,based on the analysis of elderly service industry development trend,this paper proposes a standardized system framework,development roadmap and countermeasures,and builds a standardized system of the elderly care service industry that is compatible with the development of the life-service industry.
