摘要
杂种优势被广泛应用于农业生产,为世界粮食安全做出重要贡献。但是,杂种优势难以稳定遗传,每年都需要人工制种,耗费巨大。无融合生殖是一种特殊的生殖方式,能够产生与母本基因型一样的克隆种子或后代。人工创制无融合生殖有利于快速固定杂种优势,节约制种成本。近年来,随着无融合生殖相关基因的功能解析,以及基因编辑技术的发展和成熟,人工创制无融合生殖技术逐渐发展,并在无融合生殖领域取得重大突破。因此,本文主要对人工创制无融合生殖技术的原理、应用进展和存在的问题等方面进行综述和讨论,为无融合生殖固定杂种优势的研究和应用提供参考。
Heterosis is widely utilized in agricultural production and has made important contribution to world food security. However, the stable inheritance of heterosis is difficult, causing the hybrid seeds to be artificially produced annually, which is labor-intensive and costexpensive. Apomixis is a special reproductive mode that can produce cloned seeds or offspring with the same genotype of the mother. Artificial creation of apomixis is beneficial to rapid fixation of heterosis and saving seed production cost. In recent years, with the development of functional analysis of apomixis related genes and maturity of gene editing technology, artificial apomixis strategy has been gradually developed, and great breakthroughs have been made in the field of apomixis. Therefore, the principle, application progress and existing problems of artificial apomixis are reviewed and discussed in this review, so as to provide reference for the research and application of hybrid vigor fixation in apomixis.
