摘要
目的对2016年中国流动人口健康教育传播方式的应用现状进行调查分析,查明流动人口在选择不同健康教育方式时的影响因素,为相关部门制定卫生健康策略和政策提供科学依据。方法基于2016年全国流动人口动态监测调查数据,利用SPSS 22.0软件进行统计和回归分析。结果2016年中国流动人口健康教育的传播方式中,宣传栏(88.6%)和宣传资料(88.3%)所占比例最大,而社区网站(9.1%)和社区医生传授(16.5%)所占比例最低。同时发现,低年龄、低收入、流动时间短是中国流动人口中接受健康教育的薄弱人群,跨境流动人群和东北地区是中国流动人口健康教育宣传较为薄弱的对象和地区。结论在有限公共财政的约束下,要重视不同特征流动人口在选择健康教育方式时的区别,针对不同特征流动人口选择接受健康教育方式的偏好进行精准的差异化管理,从而提高政府医疗公共服务的治理水平。
Objective To investigate and analysis the current situation of health communication modes and the influencing factor for migrant population in China in 2016,and to provide scientific basis for relevant corresponding strategies and policies development.Methods The data from 2016 National Migrant Population Dynamic Survey were used for statistic and Logistic regression analysis method was conducted by SPSS 22.0.Results In 2016,publicity board(88.6%)and publicity materials(88.3%)accounted for the largest proportion for migrant population health communication in China,while community websites(9.1%)and community doctors lecture(16.5%)accounted for the lowest proportion.At the same time,it was found that the lower age,lower income and shorter migrant time were the weak groups of receiving health education among the whole migrant population in China.The cross-border migrant population and northeast of China were the weak targets and region for health communication.Conclusion Under the restriction of limited public finance,we should pay attention to the differences among different characteristics of migrant population in choosing health communication mode,and carry out accurate management based on different characteristics of migrant population in choosing health communication mode,so as to improve the governance level of government medical public services.
