摘要 大数据分析是从复杂的多学科大型数据集中提取有价值信息的常用方法。在骨科领域,大数据的潜在利用价值非常高,对大数据的挖掘与分析利用有助于推动智慧骨科的发展,提升骨科医师和科研人员的诊疗水平和科研能力。本文汇总近年来国内外相关文献发现,骨科大数据分析的数据来源广泛,基于机器学习、深度学习、人工智能、统计学方法的大数据分析已逐步应用于脊柱外科、运动损伤、骨肿瘤、骨关节炎等领域,应用场景包括流行病学调查、辅助诊断、临床决策、风险预测、药物疗效评估和疾病表型分类等。 Big data analysis has become a common method for extracting valuable information from complex multi-disciplinary large databases.The potential value of big data is very high in the field of orthopedics.The mining,analysis and utilization of big data will help to promote the development of intelligent orthopedics and improve the diagnosis and treatment level and scientific research ability of orthopedic doctors and researchers.In this article,the relevant literatures were reviewed and showed that the current orthopedic big data analysis had a wide range of data sources;big data analysis based on machine learning,deep learning,artificial intelligence,and statistical methods had gradually been applied to spinal surgery,sports injuries,bone neoplasms,osteoarthritis and other fields,the application scenarios included orthopedic epidemiological investigation,auxiliary diagnosis,clinical decision-making,risk prediction,drug efficacy evaluation and disease phenotype classification.
