摘要
本文以省属地方高校F大学医学人文学科发展的现实困境为例,基于行动研究法讨论多学科院系内部治理的困境。行动者通过分析自身在院校治理中的角色,剖析影响个人角色定位的主要影响因素与所在院系的治理结构特征。进而从院校治理视角探讨当前医学人文学科发展面临的亟待解决的问题,分析这些问题症结的根源,并提出改变现状的基本设想和理论根据。通过反思与分析,为医学人文学科发展的理想蓝图制定理性行动,试图为多学科院系内部治理提供可借鉴的治理参考。该个案研究虽不具有普遍意义,但对多学科院系内部治理具有启发性。
The essay discusses the beleaguered internal governance of multidisciplinary college based on action research method,taking the practical dilemma of the development of medical humanities in F University as an example.The actor analyzes individual roles in the institutional governance,and analyzes the main factors affecting the positioning of individual roles and the characteristics of the governance structure of the institution.From the perspective of the institutional governance,it further explores the urgent problems facing the development of medical humanities,analyses the root causes of these problems,and puts forward the basic assumptions and theoretical basis for changing the current situation.Through reflection and analysis of past actions,rational actions are formulated for the ideal blueprint of the development of medical humanities.It tries to provide reference for the internal governance of multidisciplinary college.Although this case study is not of universal significance,it is enlightening to the internal governance of multidisciplinary college.
