摘要
学科建设的最终旨归是建立与学科可持续发展相适应的学科生态系统。基于组织生态学视角,结合学科的三重内涵建构出“知识-组织-社会”学科生态系统理论框架,用以阐释学科知识生产、组织运行和社会协同系统的运行机理。在该框架指导下建设学科生态系统,应促进学科建设范式由“建学科”向“建学科群”转型,从国家战略层面协同各方力量合作,不断优化学科组织,为跨学科合作提供和谐的外部环境和适宜的组织基础,最终促进学科知识生产,实现学科生态系统良性循环和可持续发展。
The final objective of the discipline construction is to establish the discipline ecosystem suitable for the sustainable development of the discipline.Starting from the discipline connotation and combining with the theory of organizational ecology,this paper established theoretical framework of discipline ecosystem of"knowledge-organization-society",describing how the integration among various disciplinary knowledge is achieved,how the reform of the discipline organization is conducted for the adaption of the production needs of the knowledge and how the discipline collaboratively interacts with the external environment to form an ecosystem.Constructing the discipline ecosystem under the guidance of the framework,the discipline construction should base on the"discipline group".The discipline organization should be optimized continuously through the cooperation of various parties from the national strategy level,providing harmonious external environment and appropriate organizational basis for interdisciplinary collaboration.Finally,the production of the disciplinary knowledge will be facilitated to achieve the virtuous cycle and sustainable development of the discipline ecosystem.
