实习护生职业决策自我效能感与职业决策困难的相关性研究 被引量:6

Correlation analysis between career decision-making self-efficacy and career decision-making difficulty of student nurse interns

摘要 目的探究实习护生职业决策自我效能感与职业决策困难的相关性分析。方法选取2016年9月至2017年8月医学院实习护生400名为研究对象,使用《护生职业决策自我效能量表》与《职业决策困难感量表》对选取对象进行调查,以班级为研究单位,施测人员为该班级辅导员,施测的时间为课间或者自习,向护生们发放调查问卷,2~3名专业人员对调查问卷的内容进行统计,对护生的情况做好记录。结果本科在校护生问题解决、选择目标、收集信息、职业决策自我效能及得分均高于专科在校护生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实习护士在实习中的问题解决、制定计划、选择目标、收集信息、自我评价、职业决策自我效能总得分均高于实习前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。本科在校护生对学习能力水平感知有关的学习能力、对是否能采取学习行为感知的学习行为、学业自我效能感总得分高于专科在校护生(P<0.05)。实习护士在实习中对学习能力水平感知有关的学习能力、对是否能采取学习行为感知的学习行为、学业自我效能感总得分高于实习前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在校护生对学习能力水平感知有关的学习能力、对是否能采取学习行为感知的学习行为等学业自我效能感与问题解决、制定计划、选择目标、收集信息、自我评价等职业决策自我效能呈正相关(P<0.05);在校护生学业自我效能感对职业决策自我效能各维度均有一定作用,变异量分别为问题解决(24.9%)、制定计划(15.1%)、选择目标(23.2%)、收集信息(27.9%)、自我评价(21.8%)。结论实习护生的职业决策自我效能感与职业决策困难这两者之间关系密切,并且呈相互促进的关系,医院内部可以通过促进实习护生职业决策自我效能感进而改善护生职业决策困难的问题。 Objective To explore the correlation between career decision-making self-efficacy and career decision-making difficulty of student nurse interns.Methods A total of 400 student nurse interns were selected from September 2016 to August 2017 and a questionnaire survey was conducted by class counselor using career decision-making self-efficacy scale and career decision-making difficulty scale and the questionnaires were reviewed by a group of professionals.Results The self-efficacy scores of undergraduate nursing students in problem solving,goal choosing,information collecting and total score were higher than those of college nursing students(P<0.05).The scores in problem solving,plan making,goal choosing,self-evaluation,information collection and career decision-making self-efficacy score of student nurses during internship were higher than that of before internship(P<0.05).In general,the scores in leaning ability,leaning behavior and total score of career self-efficacy of undergraduate student nurses were significantly higher than those of college student nurses(P<0.05),and these scores were higher during internship than that of before internship(P<0.05).The self-efficacy in leaning ability and learning behavior were positively correlated with career decision-making self-efficacy in problem solving,plan making,goal choosing,self-evaluation and information collection of student nurses(P<0.05).Student academic self-efficacy was positively correlated with each dimension of career decision-making self-efficacy with the amount of variability of 24.9%in problem solving15.1%in plan making,23.2%in goal selection,27.9%in information collection and 21.8%in self-evaluation.Conclusions The career decision-making self-efficacy and career decision-making difficulty of student nurse interns is closely correlated and actively interacted with each other.The hospital can improve the career decision-making difficulties of nursing students by enhancing their self-efficacy of career decision-making.
