摘要
目的探讨以麻醉药房为载体的信息化管理平台对改进Ⅰ类切口手术患者预防用抗菌药物临床使用的影响。方法选取金华市中心医院手术室2019年2月-2019年7月的所有Ⅰ类切口手术患者为对照组,2019年9月-2020年2月的所有Ⅰ类切口手术患者为研究组,比较以麻醉药房为载体的预防用抗菌药物信息化管理平台应用前后,预防用抗菌药物使用率、选择合理率、配送准确率、给药时机合理率的差异。结果以麻醉药房为载体的信息化管理平台应用后,Ⅰ类切口手术患者预防用抗菌药物使用率从30.91%下降至25.82%(P<0.001),药物选择合理率从81.72%提高至98.57%(P<0.001),药物配送准确率从95.28%提高至99.10%(P<0.001),给药时机合理率从55.71%提高至88.94%(P<0.001)。结论以麻醉药房为载体的信息化管理平台,能够改善Ⅰ类切口手术患者术前预防用抗菌药物的临床使用。
OBJECTIVE To explore the influence of informative management platform based on anesthesia pharmacy on the improvement of clinical use of prophylactic antibiotics in patients with classⅠincision surgery.METHODS All patients with classⅠincision surgery in the operating room of a tertiary comprehensive hospital.From Feb 2019 to Jul 2019,all patients with classⅠincision surgery were recruited in the control group,and all patients with classⅠincision surgery from Sep 2019 to Feb 2020 were recruited in the study group.The differences of utilization rate,reasonable selection rate,accurate delivery rate,timely administration rate of antibacterial prophylaxis were compared before and after the application of the informative management platform based on anesthesia pharmacy.RESULTS After the application of the informative management platform based on anesthesia pharmacy,the utilization rate of antibacterial prophylaxis for patients with class incision surgery decreased from 30.91%to 25.82%(P<0.001),the reasonable selection rate increased from 81.72%to 98.57%(P<0.001),the accurate delivery rate increased from 95.28%to 99.10%(P<0.001),and the timely administration rate increased from 55.71%to 88.94%(P<0.001).CONCLUSION The informative management platform based on anesthesia pharmacy can improve the clinical use of antibacterial prophylaxis in patients with classⅠincision surgery.
