摘要
中药熏蒸作为传统中医外治疗法的一个分支,借助药物与水沸腾后产生的气体和热量对患者局部及全身进行熏蒸,使药效游走于经络肌理之间,起到活血通络、抗炎、消肿止痛、祛风除湿、祛瘀消肿等作用,临床广泛应用于治疗各种疾病。熏蒸疗法用药广泛,药物组成多变,多采用芳香浓烈、刺激走窜之药物,多以行气血、祛风湿、强筋骨类药物为主。本文结合熏蒸疗法对各类关节炎、腰椎间盘突出、风湿痹症等疾病的临床研究报道,重点从熏蒸疗法历史沿革、作用机制和原理、临床作用以及辨证用药特点等方面进行综述,为中药及民族药熏蒸疗法的临床合理应用以及药物综合开发提供参考。
Traditional Chinese medicine and fumigation,as a branch of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,fumigate the local and whole body of patients with diseases with the help of the gas and heat generated after the boiling of drugs and water,so that the efficacy can swim between the meridians and muscles,and play the roles of promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals,anti-inflammatory,detumescence and pain relief,dispelling wind and dehumidification,removing blood stasis and detumescence.It is widely used in the treatment of various diseases in clinic.Fumigation therapy has a wide range of drugs,and the composition of drugs is changeable.It mostly uses drugs with strong aroma and stimulating movement.It is mainly composed of drugs for promoting qi and blood,dispelling wind and dampness and strengthening muscles and bones.Combined with the clinical research reports of fumigation therapy on various diseases such as arthritis,lumbar disc herniation,rheumatism and arthralgia in recent 20 years,this paper focuses on the historical evolution,mechanism and principle,clinical function and dialectical drug use characteristics of fumigation therapy,so as to provide reference for the clinical rational application and comprehensive development of traditional Chinese medicine and ethnic medicine fumigation therapy.
