摘要
目的:观察以西医治疗为基础,结合蒙医传统疗法治疗风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年12月我院收治的120例符合诊断标准的风湿性关节炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采用西医治疗,治疗组在西医治疗基础上口服蒙药联合蒙医传统特色疗法治疗。治疗8周后,对比疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组受累关节肿胀、疼痛消退时间,实验室炎症指标恢复正常时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组在治疗过程中未发现严重不良反应。结论:在西医治疗基础上采用蒙药联合蒙医传统疗法治疗风湿性关节炎临床诊治效果显著,与单一西医诊治相比,受累关节疼痛、肿胀等临床不适消退更快,不良反应小,安全性高,治疗效果稳定,切实可行,值得临床推广。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and treatment methods of combination of Mongolian medicine and Mongolian medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis on the basis of western medicine and traditional Mongolian medicine.Methods:120 patients with rheumatoid arthritis treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Patients in the control group were treated with western medicine.Patients in the treatment group were treated with oral Mongolian medicine combined with traditional Mongolian medicine.After8 weeks of treatment,the total curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The statistical results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The swelling of the involved joint,the time of pain disappearance and the time for laboratory inflammation to return to normal in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions were found in the treatment group.Conclusion:On the basis of western medicine treatment,Mongolian medicine combined with traditional Mongolian medicine is effective in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.compared with the diagnosis and treatment of single western medicine,the clinical discomfort symptoms such as pain and swelling of involved joints disappear faster and have less adverse reactions.the therapeutic effect is stable and feasible,and it is worthy of clinical research and popularization.
