摘要
加快水生态文明建设是推进人与自然和谐共生的新时代命题。基于2010—2021年黄河流域地市层面数据,采用时空极差熵值法测度了水生态文明建设水平,并利用标准差椭圆和时空地理加权回归模型,考察黄河流域水生态文明的空间格局及动态演进特征,识别其影响因素的时空异质性。结果表明:黄河流域水生态文明建设水平呈现稳步上升趋势,但仍有较大提升空间。从地区差异看,下游水生态文明建设水平明显高于上游和中游地区,上中下游呈“低—中—高”状态。从空间格局看,全域水生态文明建设水平呈现西北—东南方向分散、东北—西南方向集聚态势,方向性有所增强。人力资本、绿色技术进步、经济发展有利于提升水生态文明建设水平,而人口密度以及产业结构具有抑制作用,各影响因素存在明显的时空分异性。上述发现为加快黄河流域水生态文明建设,促进人水和谐提供了经验支持。
Speeding up the construction of water ecological civilization is a new era proposition to promote the harmonious coexistence of human and nature.Based on the data of the Yellow River Basin from 2010 to 2021 at the prefecture level,the spatial and temporal range entropy method is used to measure the construction level of water ecological civilization.The standard deviation ellipse and spatio-temporal geographical weighted regression model is used to investigate the spatial pattern and dynamic evolution characteristics of water ecological civilization in the Yellow River Basin,and to identify the spatio-temporal heterogeneity of its influencing factors.The results show that the level of water ecological civilization construction in the Yellow River Basin presents a steady upward trend,but there is still a large room for improvement.From the perspective of regional differences,the downstream water ecological civilization construction level is significantly higher than that of the upper and middle reaches,the upper,middle and lower reaches are in a“low-medium-high”state.From the perspective of spatial pattern,the level of water ecological civilization construction in the whole region shows a trend of dispersion from northwest to southeast and agglomeration from northeast to southwest,the directionality has been enhanced.Human capital,green technology progress and economic development are conducive to improving the level of water ecological civilization construction,but population density and industrial structure have inhibitory effects,and each influencing factor has obvious spatiotemporal differentiation.These findings provide empirical support for speeding up the construction of water ecological civilization in the Yellow River Basin and promoting harmony between human and water.
