摘要
目的:探讨运动因素对医学生学习倦怠情况的影响。方法:对沈阳某医科大学本科生进行问卷调查。结果:运动能改善学生学习倦怠的情况,不同运动因其不同的比赛和训练特点,对医学生学习倦怠情况具有不同影响,参与体能耐力类、技能难美类项目的学生学习倦怠得分较低。结论:不同运动对医学生学习倦怠情况产生不同影响,差异具有统计学意义;参与健美操技能难美类项目、慢跑类体能耐力类项目有助于改善医学生学习倦怠情况。
Objective:To explore the impact of physical exercise on the learning fatigue of medical students.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among undergraduate students at a medical university in Shenyang.Results:Physical exercise can improve the learning fatigue of students.Different types of physical exercise have different effects on learning fatigue due to their distinct characteristics of competition and training.Students participating in physical endurance and challenging skill-based projects showed lower scores of learning fatigue.Conclusion:Different sports have different effects on medical students'learning burnout,and the differences are statistically significant.Participation in challenging skill-based projects and endurance-based running exercises can help improve the learning fatigue of medical students.
