摘要
为深入了解俄罗斯伊斯坎德尔战术弹道导弹的作战能力,简述了其类型、构成及在欧亚大陆的兵力部署情况,重点分析了该导弹的作战能力设计,包括打击目标、战术技术指标、弹头配置、杀伤区域、准弹道、高超高机动性能及诱饵突防和核常兼备能力。梳理了伊斯坎德尔导弹在乌克兰战场上的作战案例,分析了其战役战术打击和战略性震慑的打击效果。分析表明,此次俄乌危机是该现代化战术弹道导弹的首次大规模实战应用,实现了多弹道协同作战,发挥出了非对称遏制武器的作用。
To understand the operation capability of Russian Iskander tactical ballistic missile, the types,composition and deployment of forces in Eurasia are shown, focusing on the design of combat capability of this type of missile, including strike targets, specific technical and tactical indicators, warhead configuration,killing area, quasi-ballistic, high and ultra-high maneuverability, decoy penetration and nuclear capability. By analyzing the typical operation application of Iskander missile on the Ukrainian battlefield, a conclusion on the effectiveness of the tactical strike and strategic shock of the missile is given, stating that it is the first largescale practical application of the modern tactical ballistic missile in the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, which plays the role of asymmetric containment weapon, and achieves synergistic multi-ballistic operations.
