摘要
在调查分析中学生物学教师对于教学技能需求的基础之上,设置产出导向教育理念的教师职业技能训练课程教学目标。围绕中学生物学教师的教学技能的实际需求和生物科学专业人才培养方案的毕业要求,确定了教师职业技能训练课程的内容、教学方法以及评价方案。
Based on the investigation and analysis of the needs of middle school biology teachers for teaching skills,this research sets the curriculum objectives and teaching goals of training course of teaching techniques with the outcome based education.Based on the actual demands of biology teachers'teaching skills in middle school and the graduation requirements of biological science professional training program,the contents,teaching methods and evaluation program of training course of teaching techniques are determined.
