摘要
当归多糖是当归的主要活性物质之一,一般采用水提醇沉法、超声提取法、酶提法及微波辅助提取等方法提取当归多糖。当归多糖具有丰富的生理活性,对血液系统有明显作用,还具有增强免疫力、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗辐射、保肝等作用。综述当归多糖分离纯化、结构性质及其药理作用,为当归多糖的研究开发提供依据。
Angelica polysaccharide is one of the main active substances of Angelica sinensis.Generally,it was extracted by water extraction and alcohol precipitation,ultrasonic extraction,enzymatic extraction and microwave assisted extraction.Angelica polysaccharide had rich physiological activitys,had obvious effects on the blood system,as well as enhancing immunity,anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,anti-radiation and protecting liver effects.This paper summarized the isolation and purification of Angelica polysaccharides,the structure and properties of Angelica polysaccharides and their pharmacological effects to provide the basis for the research and development of Angelica polysaccharides.
