受电弓碳滑板异常磨耗的原因分析与对策 被引量:1

摘要 地铁车辆主要是通过受电弓连接接触网,保障有效牵引。受电弓碳滑板要有足够的强度和硬度,材质碳耐磨性要好,弓头滑板与接触导线跟随性保持良好、压力稳定,车辆受流稳定,接触网拉出值可控,这些对碳滑板的磨耗寿命起着关键作用。分析受电弓碳滑板异常磨耗的原因,制定相应措施提高其使用寿命。 Metro has the characteristics of underground closed running environment and overhead catenary,etc.The operation is mainly to ensure the effective traction of power system by connecting pantographs of rail vehicles to the power grid effectively.Therefore,the pantograph sliding plate should have enough strength and hardness,the material carbon has good wear resistance,the pantograph sliding plate keeps good follow-up with the contact wire,the stable pressure between the pantograph sliding plate and the contact net keeps the current of subway vehicles stable,and the pull-out value of the contact net is controllable,which plays a key role in the wear life of the carbon sliding plate.The abnormal wear of the line sliding plate,analyze the causes of the abnormal wear of the sliding plate,formulate measures and improve the service life of the pantograph carbon sliding plate.
