摘要
目的评价彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2016年9月至2018年10月收治的76例可疑下肢深静脉血栓患者彩色多普勒超声及深静脉造影检查的相关资料,以深静脉造影检查结果为对照,计算彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓的准确度及灵敏度,并比较彩色多普勒超声与深静脉造影对小腿深静脉及大腿深静脉的检查情况。结果彩色多普勒超声检查静脉数160条,深静脉造影检查静脉数245条;两种方法对小腿深静脉的检查差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对大腿深静脉的检查差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。以深静脉造影结果为参照,彩色多普勒超声检查大腿深静脉的准确度及灵敏度较高,检查小腿深静脉的准确度及灵敏度较低。结论下肢深静脉血栓的诊断中,经彩色多普勒超声对大腿深静脉的检查与深静脉造影并无差异,而对于小腿深静脉的检查不如深静脉造影。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities.Methods The color Doppler ultrasound and deep vein angiography related data of 76suspicious cases with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities in our hospital from September 2016to October 2018were retrospectively analyzed.Compared to the results of deep vein angiography,the accuracy and sensitivity of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities were calculated,and the comparison between color Doppler ultrasound and deep venography in the examination of deep veins of lower legs and thighs was carried out.Results Totally 160veins were tested by color Doppler ultrasound and 245were tested with deep vein angiography.There were statistically significant differences between the two methods in the examination of deep veins of the lower legs(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in the examination of deep veins of the thighs(P>0.05).Taking the results of deep venography as a reference,the accuracy and sensitivity of color Doppler ultrasonography for deep veins of thighs were high,while those for deep veins of lower legs were relatively low.Conclusion In the diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities,there were no differences between color Doppler ultrasonography and deep venography in the examination of deep veins of thighs,but the latter was more effective in the examination of deep veins of lower legs.
