摘要
目的探讨基于医学循证护理对急性心肌梗死后心律失常患者卧床时间、住院时间及护理满意度的影响。方法选择2018年2月至2019年2月宽甸满族自治县中心医院确诊的急性心肌梗死后心律失常患者88例,随机抽签法分对照组和观察组各44例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施医学循证护理干预。比较2组护理满意度、心律失常发生率、卧床时间、住院时间。结果观察组满意度高于对照组,心律失常发生率低于对照组,卧床时间和住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于医学循证护理干预用于急性心肌梗死后心律失常患者,能提升护理满意度,降低心律失常发生率,缩短卧床时间和住院时间,效果理想,具有积极推广价值。
Objective To explore the effects of medical evidence-based arrhythmia nursing after acute myocardial infarction on the bed rest duration,hospital stay and satisfaction scores of patients.Methods A total of88 patients with clinically confirmed acute myocardial infarction and arrhythmia were sampled from The Central Hospital of Kuan Dian,Kuandian Manchu Autonomous County during the period from February 2018 to February2019 and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 44 cases in each group,routine nursing care was implemented for patients in the control group,and medical evidence-based nursing intervention was implemented for patients in the observation group on the basis of that implemented on patients in the control group.The nursing satisfaction,incidence of arrhythmia,bed rest duration and hospital stay of patients in two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than such index of patients in the control group,the incidence of arrhythmia of patients in the observation group was lower than that of patients in the control group,the bed rest duration and hospital stay of patients in the observation group were shorter than such indices of patients in the control group(P<0.05),and the percentage of satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that of patients in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Medical evidence-based nursing intervention for patients with arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction can improve the nursing satisfaction,reduce the incidence of arrhythmia,and shorten the hospital stay and bed rest duration,delivering ideal effects and positive promotion value.
