摘要
目的探讨健康教育在慢性鼻窦炎手术患者护理中的应用方法以及临床效果。方法选择我院收治的慢性鼻窦炎手术患者90例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组45例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予健康教育干预,比较两组健康知识知晓情况、生活质量、护理满意度。结果观察组健康知识知晓率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实施护理前两组生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后两组评分均有改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理满意度为88.89%与68.89%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予临床慢性鼻窦炎患者健康教育护理,可以增强其对疾病及健康知识的了解程度,提高其依从性,改善其生活质量,并获得更高护理满意度,在临床上应用价值较高。
Objective To explore the application and clinical effect of health education in patients undergoing chronic sinusitis surgeries.Methods Ninety patients with chronic sinusitis admitted by the hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 45 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were subject to routine nursing,and the patients in the observation group were subject to the health education intervention based on that applied on patients in the control group.The awareness of health knowledge,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The awareness rate of patients for health knowledge in the observation group was significantly higher than of patients in the control group(P<0.05);the differences in scores of life quality of patients in two groups prior to nursing were significantly statistical(P>0.05),and the scores of patients in two groups were improved after nursing,and such indices of patients in the observation group was better than that of patients in the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfactions of patients in two groups was 88.89%and 68.89%respectively,and such index of patients in the observation group was better than that of patients in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The health education and nursing for patients with clinical chronic sinusitis can enhance their understandings on the diseases and health knowledge,enhance their compliance,improve their quality of life,and obtain higher nursing satisfaction,delivering higher clinically application value.
