CT三维重建诊断外伤性肋骨骨折 被引量:2

Application of CT three dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of traumatic rib fracture

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT三维重建对外伤性肋骨骨折诊断价值。方法回顾性分析本院胸部外伤疑有肋骨骨折患者60例,分析X光片及外伤时和外伤2周后的CT轴扫与三维重建图像资料,比较分析X光片与两次CT三维重建的肋骨骨折结论数量的不同及产生原因。结果X光片诊断肋骨骨折42例142处,外伤时CT三维重建诊断56例256处骨折,2周后诊断58例280处骨折,三次检查诊断结果有明显差异,以外伤2周后CT三维重建诊断肋骨骨折数为最多。结论多层螺旋CT三维重建对肋骨骨折的诊断具有明显优势,且以伤者2周后所做检查更为准确。 Objective To investigate the application value of multi-slice spiral CT three dimensional(3D)reconstruction in the diagnosis of traumatic rib fracture.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 60 patients with suspected chest traumatic rib fracture in our hospital.There were X-ray film of trauma at that time and reexamination imaging data of axial CT scan and 3D reconstruction two weeks after the injury.The difference in the number of rib fractures acquired from X ray film and two CT 3D reconstruction and its cause were compared and analyzed.Results There were 42 cases including 142 fractures detected by X-ray film,56 cases with 256 fractures detected by CT 3D reconstruction,and 58 cases involving 280 fractures detected by the reexamination two weeks after the injury.There were significant differences in detection results of three inspections,with the most fractures in the CT 3D reconstruction two weeks after the trauma.Conclusion The 3D reconstruction of multi slice spiral CT has obvious advantages in the diagnosis of rib fracture,and the examination result two weeks after the injury should prevail.
