摘要
目的探讨妇科千金片联合甲硝唑治疗慢性盆腔炎患者疗效及其对患者血清炎性因子hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-10的影响。方法选择我院收治的慢性盆腔炎患者80例,随机分为2组,每组40例。对照组给予甲硝唑片治疗,试验组在其基础上加用妇科千金片治疗,2组疗程均为2周。比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、治疗前后中医症候积分及血清炎症因子hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-10水平。结果治疗后,试验组总有效率为92.5%(37/40),对照组为77.5%(31/40),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,治疗后2组患者中医症候积分、血清hs-CRP、IL-6水平均显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者血清IL-10水平均显著升高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组患者中医症候积分、血清hs-CRP、IL-6水平均显著降低(P<0.05);血清IL-10水平显著升高(P<0.05)。结论妇科千金片联合甲硝唑治疗慢性盆腔炎具有明显疗效,可减轻机体炎症反应,有效缓解患者的临床症状,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。
Objective To observe the effect of Fuke Qianjin Tablets combined with metronidazole in the treatment of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory and its effect on patients’serum inflammatory factors hsCRP,IL-6,and IL-10.Methods Eighty patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory admitted to our Hospital,were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metronidazole tablets,and the study group was additionally treated with Fuke Qianjin tablets on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment in both groups was 2 weeks,the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,serum inflammatory factors hs-CRP,IL-6,and IL-10 levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the study group and in the control group was 92.5%(37/40)vs 77.5%(31/40),respectively;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,TCM syndrome score,serum hs-CRP and IL-6 levels in the two groups were significantly reduced after treatment(P<0.05);serum IL-10 levels in the two groups were significantly increased after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the TCM syndrome score,serum hs-CRP,and IL-6 levels in the study group were significantly reduced(P<0.05);serum IL-10 levels were significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Fuke Qianjin Tablets combined with metronidazole has obvious curative effect for chronic pelvic inflammatory,which can reduce the body’s inflammatory response,effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,and has certain clinical promotion and application value.
