摘要
目的探讨芩连解毒方与盐酸米诺环素局部用药对于牙周炎患者的牙周袋深度(probing depth,PD)、牙龈指数(gingival index,GI)及牙齿松动度(tooth mobility,TM)的影响。方法选取就诊于我院的牙周炎患者80例,根据随机数字表法分为两组,对照组40例,行盐酸米诺环素局部用药;观察组40例,在对照组基础上应用芩连解毒方,连用4周。比较两组疗效;治疗前后PD、GI、TM;3个月、6个月复发率。结果观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后,两组PD、GI、TM均低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组3个月、6个月复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论芩连解毒方与盐酸米诺环素局部用药不仅能够有效降低牙周炎患者PD、GI及TM,还能降低其复发率,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the effects of Qinlian Jiedu recipe combined with topical medication of minocycline hydrochloride on periodontal pocket depth(PD),gingival index(GI)and tooth mobility(TM)in periodontitis patients.Methods Totally 80 periodontitis patients in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with topical medication of minocycline hydrochloride and the observation group was treated with Qinlian Jiedu recipe on the basis of the control group,treated for 4 weeks in the both groups.Aiming to compare the data in both groups,such as the curative effect;PD,GI,TM before and after treatment,recurrence rate at 3 months and 6 months.Results Compared with the control group,the clinical total effective rate in the observation group was significantly increased(P<0.05);the PD,GI,TM in the two groups after treatment were significantly decreased compared with before treatment,those in the observation group than lower than the control group(P<0.05);the 3 months and 6 months recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qinlian Jiedu formula combined with topical medication of minocycline hydrochloride can not only effectively reduce PD,GI and TM in patients with periodontitis,but also reduce the recurrence rate,which has high clinical reference value.
