摘要
目的:观察针刺及养生益智汤辅治脑梗死后血管性痴呆的疗效。方法:80例按随机数字表法分为两组各40例。两组均予以常规西药治疗,观察组加用针刺及养生益智汤治疗。结果:观察组总有效率95.00%,治疗后MMSE评分(23.29±3.41)分;对照组总有效率80.00%,治疗后MMSE评分(19.51±3.26)分。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸及养生益智汤辅治脑梗死后血管性痴呆可增强疗效。
Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture and Yangsheng Yizhi Decoction in the treatment of vascular dementia after cerebral infarction.Method:80 cases were divided into two groups by random number table method,40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine and the observation group were treated with acupuncture and YangshengYizhi Decoction in addition.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%while that of the control group was 80.00%.MMSE score after treatment of the observation group was(23.29±3.41)points while that of the control group was(19.51±3.26)points.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and Yangsheng Yizhi Decoction could enhance the curative effect of vascular dementia after cerebral infarction.
