摘要
目的:从多糖、白及胶及矿质元素含量差异及其影响因素角度分析,为白及的良种筛选、优质种子种苗繁育提供新的评价方法和实验依据。方法:测定16份白及种质资源相关成分含量,采用描述统计、主成分分析、典型相关分析等统计方法研究白及的种质资源特征。结果:16份白及种中多糖和白及胶含量的平均值分别为6.89%、4.28%;大量元素平均含量N>K>Ca>Mg>P>Na;微量元素为Fe>Mn>B>Cu>Zn>Ni>Mo。白及野生、块茎繁殖、试管苗栽种3种繁殖方式的块茎中多种成分含量具有显著差异。Ca、Fe元素可作为野生白及特征的描述指标;N、Mn、Zn元素可作为栽培品及试管苗与块茎繁殖差异的特征性成分;K、Fe元素可作为白及产地差异的描述指标。结论:矿质元素可用于不同白及种质资源的质量评价,其在不同生长阶段的含量变化可能是多个因子综合作用的结果,影响大小顺序为产地>繁殖方式>品种>生长年限。
Objective:To provide a new evaluation method and experimental basis for the selection of improved varieties and the breeding of high-quality seeds and seedlings of Bletilla striata from the perspective of the content differences of polysaccharide,Bletilla gum and mineral elements and their influencing factors.Methods:The contents of related components of 16 batches of Bletilla striata germplasm resources were measured.The statistical characteristics of Bletilla striata were studied by statistical methods such as descriptive statistics,principal component analysis and canonical correlation analysis.Results:The average content of polysaccharide and Bletilla gum(n=16)were 6.89% and 4.28%,respectively.The average contents of a large number of elements were N>K>Ca>Mg>P>Na.The trace elements were Fe>Mn>B>Cu>Zn>Ni>Mo.There were significant differences in tuber composition contents between wild Bletilla striata,tuber propagation and test-tube seedling cultivation.Ca and Fe elements could be used as the description index of wild Bletilla striata characteristics;N,Mn and Zn elements could be used as the characteristic components of the difference between cultivation,test-tube plantlet and tuber propagation.K and Fe elements could be used as Bletilla striata descriptive indicators of differences in origin.Conclusion:Mineral elements can be used for the quality evaluation of different Bletilla striata germplasm resources.The change of its content in different growth stages may be the result of the combined action of multiple factors.The order of impact is origin>breeding mode>variety>growth years.
