摘要
目的:探讨不同产地龙胆中环烯醚萜类活性成分与生态因子的相关性,为提高龙胆的品质及科学栽培提供依据。方法:采取高效液相色谱法测定龙胆产区黑龙江、吉林、辽宁3省22批次样品中龙胆苦苷、獐牙菜苦苷、獐牙菜苷及马钱苷酸4种环烯醚萜类成分的含量,同时收集各产地气象、土壤等23个生态因子数据,利用Excel 2019软件、SPSS 25.0统计软件对龙胆环烯醚萜类成分与生态因子进行灰色关联度和双变量分析,寻找和揭示影响龙胆环烯醚萜类成分积累的主导生态因子。结果:灰色关联度和双变量综合分析结果显示,影响龙胆环烯醚萜类成分积累的主导生态因子是年平均降水量、年极端高温及土壤中速效钾的含量。结论:龙胆环烯醚萜类成分含量在不同产地有显著差异,生态因子对龙胆环烯醚萜类成分积累有很大影响。在龙胆栽培过程中可以通过控制土壤中速效钾含量来增加龙胆环烯醚萜类成分含量;气温过高时,应人为采取措施进行降温;雨季时,应保证排水良好。该研究结果对进一步优化龙胆栽培方法具有指导意义。
Objective:To explore the correlation between iridoids and ecological factors in Gentiana scabra from different habitats,so as to provide a basis for improving the quality and scientific cultivation of Gentiana scabra.Methods:HPLC was used to determine four kinds of iridoids contents,including gentiopicrin,swertiamarin,sweroside and loganic acid,in 22 batches of Gentiana scabra from Heilongjiang,Jilin and Liaoning provinces,the data of 23 ecological factors such as meteorology and soil were collected at the same time.By using Excel 2019 software and SPSS 25.0 statistical software,the grey correlation degree and bivariate analysis of iridoids in Gentiana scabra and ecological factors were conducted to find and reveal the leading ecological factors affecting the accumulation of iridoids in Gentiana scabra.Results:The results of grey correlation and bivariate comprehensive analysis showed that the leading ecological factors affecting the accumulation of iridoids in Gentiana scabra were the average annual precipitation,extremely high annual temperature and the content of available potassium in soil.Conclusion:The contents of iridoids in Gentiana scabra are significantly different in different habitats.Ecological factors have a great effect on the accumulation of iridoids in Gentiana scabra.During the cultivation of Gentiana scabra,the contents of iridoids can be increased by controlling the content of available potassium in the soil;When the temperature is too high,artificial measures should be taken to lower the temperature;During the rainy season,good drainage should be ensured.The results of this study have directive significance for further optimizing the cultivation methods of Gentiana scabra.
