摘要
目的观察肾敷灵外敷治疗小儿遗尿症肾气不足型的临床疗效。方法选取2015年2月至2017年2月湖北省中医院儿科门诊和住院的遗尿症肾气不足型患儿,随机分为对照组25例和治疗组26例。对照组单纯口服菟丝子散加减治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上采用穴位外敷肾敷灵。2组均治疗4周后,比较2组的临床疗效及用药安全性。结果治疗组总有效率为92.3%,显著高于对照组的80.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与同组治疗前比较,治疗后2组中医症候积分均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且治疗组中医症候积分下降更显著(P<0.05)。结论肾敷灵外敷治疗小儿遗尿症肾气不足型临床疗效满意,避免了患儿口服中药味苦之弊端,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of children with enuresis symptom by kidney-qi deficiency syndrome treated with external application of Shenfu Ling.Methods The children with enuresis symptom by kidney-qi deficiency syndrome who were treated in our hospital from february 2015 to february 2017 were randomly divided into therapy group(26 cases)and control group(25 cases).The control group was given oral modified Tusizi San,while the therapy group received acupoint external application of Shenfu Ling.The clinical efficacy and medinal safety of 2 groups were compared after 4 weeks of treatment.Results The total effective rate of the therapy group was92.3%,much higher than 80.0%in control group,differences had significance(P<0.05).Compared the 2 groups of TCM syndrome scores with that before treatment,it were significantly decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);after treatment,the score of TCM syndrome in the therapy group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of acupoint external application of Shenfu Ling is satisfactory,and it avoid the disadvantages of bitter taste of oral Chinese medicine,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
