摘要
吴茱萸是一种具有多种生物活性的药用植物,在中医临床中被广泛应用于镇痛和治疗肠胃疾病。然而在临床报道中曾有因长期或过量服用吴茱萸,而发生的中毒案例。因此吴茱萸经常通过加工炮制的方法来达到减毒增效的目的。通过查阅有关吴茱萸炮制的国家及地方炮制标准和现代研究文献,对吴茱萸的现代炮制工艺,以及炮制前后化学成分变化和药理变化进行总结,旨在为吴茱萸的炮制机理及临床合理应用提供参考。
Wuzhuyu[Euodia rutaecarpa(Juss.)Benth],a medicinal plant with diversify bioactive components,has been broadly used to treat pain and gastrointestinal disorders in TCM.However,Wuzhuyu(Fructus Evodlae)has also been reported to have potential toxicity by long-term use or excessive doses.Wuzhuyu(Fructus Evodlae)is usually processed in TCM formulae in order to achieve a synergistic effect or reduce its toxicity.In this paper,modern processing technology,chemical composition changes and pharmacological changes before and after processing Wuzhuyu(Fructus Evodlae)were summarized by consulting the national and local processing standards and modern research documents.It aims to provide the reference for the processing mechanism and clinical rational application of Wuzhuyu(Fructus Evodlae).
