摘要
人工智能(AI)技术的飞速发展与广泛应用为社会发展带来无限可能的同时也对智能时代的人才提出了新的要求,站在技术发展的视角对创新人才的内涵特征、评价要素及其培育问题进行探讨显得尤为必要。跨学科素养、计算思维与数据思维以及科技创新与伦理创新的统一是人工智能技术对创新人才的新要求。文章构建了创新人才素养框架,并在此基础上形成了评价要素;探讨了智能时代创新人才的培养路径,认为打造学科群和交叉学科人才培养体系、建立创新型师资队伍、创建人文智慧育人环境能有效推动智能时代创新人才的落地。
The rapid development and wide application of artificial intelligence technology not only brings infinite possibilities to social development,but also puts forward new requirements for talents in the intelligent era.It is particularly necessary to explore the connotative characteristics,evaluation elements and cultivation of creative talents from the perspective of technological development.The integration of interdisciplinary literacy,computing thinking and data thinking,as well as scientific and technological innovation and ethical innovation are the new requirements of artificial intelligence technology for creative talents.This paper constructs the framework of creative talents’literacy,and forms the evaluation elements based on it.This paper discusses the cultivation path of creative talents in the intelligent era,and holds that the cultivation system of subject group and interdisciplinary talents,the establishment of innovative teachers,and the establishment of humanistic wisdom education environment can effectively promote the implementation of creative talents in the intelligent era.
