摘要
“三区三州”在脱贫攻坚时期是国家层面的深度贫困地区,在乡村振兴新时期也是巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果压力最大的地区。为了解“三区三州”国家乡村振兴重点帮扶县对农村劳动力职业教育的现实需求,课题组对四川省凉山州和云南省怒江州进行了实地调研。通过问卷调查,课题组发现:“三区三州”国家乡村振兴重点帮扶县的村民对于当地农村劳动力职业教育的满意度并不高,认为职业教育的实用性不强,并大多希望能就近就地参加种植和养殖技术培训。通过职业教育提升“三区三州”农民群体技术技能,培养高素质农民,实现共同富裕,需要增强农村劳动力职业教育的实用性;立足于本地特色农业开展新型职业农民培训;以就近就地就业为导向加强农村劳动力转移培训;提升农村劳动力创业培训的针对性。
“Three districts and three states”are the deeply impoverished areas at the national level,and it is also under the greatest pressure to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation in the new era of rural revitalization.In order to understand the demand for vocational education of rural labor force in key counties of National Rural Revitalization,the research group conducted field research in Liangshan Prefecture of Sichuan Province and Nujiang Prefecture of Yunnan Province.Through the questionnaire survey of 403 peasant households,the research group learned that the villagers in key counties of National Rural Revitalization of“three districts and three states”are not very satisfied with the vocational education for local rural labor force,they feel that the vocational education for local rural labor force is not practical enough,most of them want to attend training in planting and breeding techniques nearby.In order to improve the technical skills of farmers in the“three regions and three states”through vocational education,cultivate high-quality farmers,and achieve common prosperity,it is necessary to enhance the practicability of rural labor force vocational education;develop new professional farmer training based on local characteristic agriculture;strengthen training for the transfer of rural labor to local employment;improve the pertinence of entrepreneurship training for rural labor force.
