摘要
原发性肝癌是消化系统常见的恶性肿瘤,其发病率及病死率较高,因起病隐匿、病情进展迅速、在确诊时往往已是晚期,目前所采取的治疗手段以放化疗、手术等为主,但临床试验也证实其分子靶向药物带来的不良反应居多,仅化疗后引起腹泻这一点,已对患者的生活质量造成严重的影响,同时药物的治疗效果也相对降低。吾师通过中医辨证论治,治以健脾、疏肝、温肾兼以解毒、化瘀,可有效改善肝癌化疗后腹泻这一症状,文章介绍相关经验为中医药治疗此病提供参考。
Oprimary liver cancer is a common malignant tumor in digestive system.It’s morbidity and mortality are high.It is hidden because of the onset of the disease,the disease is progressing quickly,and it is often advanced at the time of diagnosis.At present,most of the treatment methods adopted are radiotherapy,chemotherapy,surgery,etc..However,clinical trials have also confirmed that its molecular targeted drugs cause most adverse reactions,and only the diarrhea caused by chemotherapy has had a serious impact on the quality of life of patients,and the therapeutic effect of drugs is relatively reduced.Through TCM dialectical treatment,we can effectively improve the symptoms of diarrhea after chemotherapy for liver cancer by strengthening spleen,thinning liver,warming kidney,and detoxifying and removing stasis,and the following experience provides experience and ideas for this TCM treatment.
