摘要
随着数字工业革命的到来,先进制造技术与模式不断创新和涌现。消费者在购买商品时开始寻找商品间的细微差别性,并将这种差别延伸为个人的独特性。消费者越来越多的参与消费甚至生产的某一过程,个性化的要求乃至亲手营造这种独特性巩固自身与产品的特殊关系。消费者希望近距离的置身于生产过程或消费过程中,从而确保他们购买的产品或服务就是他们所需要的。消费者不仅仅是为了购买产品,而且还是购买体验、购买生活的舒适,产品已经成为他们提升生活质量的平台。海尔作为大规模个性化定制模式的最早探索企业,经过多年的实践,已形成一套完整大规模个性化定制模式的方法论,并通过软化、云化形成工业互联网平台。本文从理论到实践系统的介绍了大规模个性化定制的相关知识和海尔在大规模个性化定制方面的探索与实践。
With the advent of the digital industrial revolution,advanced manufacturing technologies and models continue to innovate and emerge.When consumers buy goods,they begin to look for subtle differences between goods,and extend these differences to individual uniqueness More and more consumers are participating in a certain process of consumption or even production.Individualized requirements even create this uniqueness by themselves to consolidate their special relationship with products Consumers want to stay close to the production process or consumption process,so as to ensure that the products or services they buy are what they need.Consumers are not only purchasing products,but also purchasing experience and comfortable life.Products have become a platform for them to improve their quality of life.Haier,as the earliest exploratory enterprise of mass customization model,has formed a complete set of methodology of mass customization model after years of practice,and formed an industrial Internet platform through softwaring and clouding.From theory to practice,this paper systematically introduces the related knowledge of mass customization and Haier’s exploration and practice in mass customization.
