摘要
血瘀是中医肿瘤发生发展的重要病机之一,肿瘤放射治疗可引起机体微循环障碍,加重瘀血状态。加之肿瘤细胞在供氧不足的状态下会转化为乏氧肿瘤细胞,其放射低敏感性会削弱放疗疗效。活血化瘀类中药相关活性成分能够调节肿瘤微环境中的细胞因子,同时能够有效抑制肿瘤细胞的生长周期、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、影响肿瘤细胞自噬、调节铁死亡过程、减轻放疗过程中毒副作用和调控肿瘤细胞信号通路及相关蛋白,进而提升肿瘤细胞的放射敏感性,达到放疗增敏的功效。本文综述了具有放疗增敏作用的活血化瘀类中药相关活性成分及其可能机制,以期为肿瘤的放射治疗及预后提供思路。
Xueyu(血瘀),the important pathogenesis for the occurrence and development of tumors in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),can be aggravated by radiotherapy-induced microcirculation disorder.In case of insufficient oxygen supply,tumor cells will be transformed into hypoxic cells,whose low radiosensitivity can blunt the efficacy of radiotherapy.The active components of Chinese medicine with effects of Huoxue(活血)and Huayu(化瘀)can regulate cytokines in the tumor microenvironment,inhibit the growth cycle of tumor cells,induce tumor cell apoptosis,interfere in tumor cell autophagy,regulate ferroptosis,and mediate tumor cell signaling pathways and related proteins.In addition,they can also reduce the toxic and side effects of radiotherapy.As a result,the radiosensitivity of tumor cells can be improved and radiotherapy sensitization can be achieved.The present study reviewed the relevant active components of Chinese medicine with effects of Huoxue(活血)and Huayu(化瘀)in sensitizing tumors to radiotherapy and the underlying mechanisms to provide ideas for tumor radiotherapy and prognosis.
