摘要
电机机座作为电机与基础直接相连的部分,在整个电动机结构中起着支撑铁芯、绕组和端盖等部件的作用,同时也是电机振动传递路径上的主要结构。针对电机运行时的减振需要,基于JW6314型三相异步电机铝合金机座的结构形式,设计了新的CFRP机座,并对其固有频率、阻尼性能进行了分析研究,利用编写的Matlab程序计算了CFRP机座的前四阶阻尼比,最后进行了模态实验。结果表明CFRP机座比铝合金机座具有更高的固有频率和阻尼比,所设计的CFRP机座能有效降低电机运行时的振动。
As the part directly connected with the foundation of the motor,the motor base plays the role of supporting the iron core,the winding,the end cover,and other components in the whole motor structure.It is also the main structure of the vibration transmission path of the motor.Aiming at the need of vibration reduction during motor operation,a new CFRP motor base is designed according to the aluminum alloy base of JW6314 three-phase asynchronous motor.Its natural frequency and damping performance are analyzed and studied.By using MATLAB,the four-order damping ratio of the CFRP motor base is calculated and the modal experiments are carried out.The results show that the CFRP motor base has a higher natural frequency and damping ratio than the aluminum alloy base and the designed CFRP motor base can effectively reduce vibration of the motor.
