摘要
以安全、环保为目的的儿童家具在选材上大都采用木材,为日益匮乏的木材资源找到一种替代品迫在眉睫。研究分析了竹材的物理特性及加工工艺,选取了竹材替代木材。将模块化设计理论与竹材相结合,是未来儿童家具设计的方向之一,总结了设计原则和设计实践,对未来竹材儿童家具的设计和应用产生一定的参考作用和价值。
For the sake of safety and environmental protection,wood is mostly used in the manufacturing of children's furniture.It is urgent to find a substitute for the increasingly scarce wood resources.In this paper,the physical characteristics and processing technology of bamboo were studied and analyzed,and the bamboo was selected to replace wood.Combining modular design theory with bamboo is one of the directions of children's furniture design in the future.The design principles and practice are summarized so as to provide some reference for the design and application of bamboo children's furniture.
