When making specific arrangements to refine the system of rule of law and advance the reform of the rule of law, it emphasized that “Adhering to the correct outlook on human rights, we will provide more effective human rights protection through law enforcement and administration of justice.” This major assertion and practical requirement can be interpreted profoundly from three aspects.First is adhering to the correct outlook on human rights.
