The report of the Educational sector in China advocates modern education technology,and now a new round of curriculum reform has thoroughly revised the curriculum standards of middle school students in various subjects,and penetrated modern educational technology into the teaching of various subjects.In recent years,the education department has raised the importance of vocational education,changed the concept of education for teachers and students,vocational education is in the fastest-growing period,the majority of secondary vocational education students has greatly improved,the curriculum is colorful.We should make good use of all kinds of the up-to-dated educational technologies in various subjects.However,in the process of education,the basic level of secondary vocational students is relatively poor phenomenon slowly appeared,which is a common problem in secondary vocational education,so we should strengthen the modern education technology in English subjects of the value of education.English,like our mother tongue,has a wealth of humanistic knowledge and spiritual connotation.Many English teachers in secondary vocational school simply teach basic English knowledge aspects and English grammars.It only lets the most vocational students to learn only the most basic English textbook knowledge,and then English teachers find many bad aspects,such as:students do not understand foreign culture;Therefore,secondary vocational English teachers in the English classroom to penetrate modern education technology,is the most important measure.So,as an English teacher,how to modernize secondary school students in classroom teaching?This article mainly talks about the teaching of secondary English subjects lack modern education technology and its teaching strategies. 展开更多

Relationship between Interaction Anxiousness,Academic Resilience,Cultural Intelligence and Ego-Identity among Chinese Vocational Pathway University Students:A Conditional Process Analysis Model

Background:University students’ego-identity,an essential component of their psychological development and mental health,has widely attracted the attention of policymakers,schools,and parents.Method:A total of 298 Chinese vocational pathway undergraduates were recruited,and a conditional process analysis model was adopted to explore the interaction mechanism of ego-identity.Results:The results suggest that the ego-identity of Chinese vocational pathway undergraduates is significantly affected by interaction anxiousness,academic resilience,and cultural intelligence.(1)Interaction anxiousness significantly and positively predicts ego-identity.(2)Academic resilience positively and partially mediates the effect of interaction anxiousness on ego-identity.(3)Cultural intelligence significantly and positively moderates the relationship between interaction anxiousness and ego-identity.However,a similar moderating effect was not found between interaction anxiousness and academic resilience.(4)As cultural intelligence increases,the negative influence of interaction anxiousness on ego-identity gradually diminishes,whatever the cultural intelligence level.Conclusions:Interaction anxiousness,academic resilience,and cultural intelligence are essential determinants of ego-identity among Chinese vocational pathway undergraduates.Strategic interventions should be utilized to enhance their abilities to alleviate interpersonal tensions,promote their resilience in facing academic difficulties,cope with diverse cultures,and boost their sense of self-confirmation. 展开更多

Following the 1^st' product oil pipeline in East China from Sinopec Zhenghai Refining & Chemical Co. Ltd to Kangqiao in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province put on operation in November 2000, Sinopec intends to build the 2^nd product oil pipeline starting from Jinshan, Shanghai directly to Huzhou via Jiaxing in Zhejiang. The pipeline is expected to bring into service by the end of December next year. This product oil pipeline is 157 kilometers in total length, in which, there is 105 kilometers within Jiaxing City and 52 kilometers within Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province. The total investment for the pipeline engineering and the associated oil storage will be approximately RMB550 million yuan. At present, the construction is in an overall preparation stage. The designed capacity of the pipeline is 5.1 million tons per year, equivalent to a volume that one 10-ton oil tanker transports 510,000 times, in which, the designed operational throughput toward Jiaxing and Huzhou will be 2.60 million tons per year and the oil supply capacity reserved will be 2.50 million tons per year. 展开更多
