First,...Automatic profiling control using a boom-type roadheader requires an understanding of horizontal and vertical swing angles of the cutting boom. In this study the vertical angle of the cutting boom is discussed. First, a vertical swing detection model for the cutting boom is established. Then, a kinematic analysis of the vertical swing mechanism is made and formulae describing the geometrical relationship between the vertical swing of the cutting boom and the telescopic length of vertical hydraulic lift cylinders and vertical swing angle of the boom are presented. Various factors such as complexity of the calculation model, the difficulty of installing the sensor and the cost are compared for two methods. Finally, directly measuring the vertical swing angle of the cutting boom with a tilt sensor is decided to be the more simple and effective method. The detection sensitivity and the vertical cutting error of a tilt sensor are studied. Vibration tests on an EBZ160 roadheader were performed in a coal mine. The characteristic vibration frequencies are analyzed. A design of a vibration isolation mount for the tilt sensor is presented. It makes the detection device work more reliably under conditions where vibration is present and lays a foundation for the implementation of an automatic roadhead cutter. A tilt sensor is installed on an EBZ160 and an EBZ200, and experiments have been done in a coal mine. The re- suits show that the experimental result is favorable and achieves the goal of automatic control of the vertical swing of the cutting boom.展开更多
Targeting the problem of available water conservation in sand fixation, the sand-fixing and grass-planting materials were prepared with clay modified by emulsifying vegetable waxes and octylphenol polyoxyethylene eth...Targeting the problem of available water conservation in sand fixation, the sand-fixing and grass-planting materials were prepared with clay modified by emulsifying vegetable waxes and octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether (OP4). The water retention property was studied in simulating desertification environmental climate and the materials were characterized by means of UV-Vis, SEM, FTIR, XRD and TGA measurements. The experimental result showed that the materials had excellent water retention properties, due to that vegetable waxes adhered evenly to clay particle surfaces, made the clay pores changing from hydrophilic to hydrophobic and so inhibited the water evaporation. Grass-planting experiment showed that, with reasonable mass ratio of clay, vegetable waxes and surfactant, the materials not only inhibited water evaporation but also maintained sound air permeability so shat the germination rate and survival rate of grass were significantly improved.展开更多

We introduced the working principle of the powered support control system of the plough at the mining face. We established three advanced characteristics of this control system: response speed, reliability and easy maintenance of the system. As well, we briefly introduced, the principal function of primary and subordinate controllers and the realization of the communication system by a Single Bus. Ten controllers were constructed and tested in our laboratorium. The results show that the control model is practical and meets actual conditions. It provides a theoretical basis for designing a comouter control system for a oowered support system of a plough at a mining face.展开更多

The impact-abrasive wear behavior of ZTA(zirconia toughened alumina)particle(ZTAp)and NbC particle(NbCp)reinforced Fe60 matrix composites(ZTAp-NbCp/Fe60)were investigated.Specimens of pure Fe60 matrix material,NbCp re...The impact-abrasive wear behavior of ZTA(zirconia toughened alumina)particle(ZTAp)and NbC particle(NbCp)reinforced Fe60 matrix composites(ZTAp-NbCp/Fe60)were investigated.Specimens of pure Fe60 matrix material,NbCp reinforced Fe60 composite(NbCp/Fe60)and ZTAp-NbCp/Fe60 with different contents of ZTAp were prepared through vacuum sintering and tested on an MLD-10B Impact Wear Rig.As revealed by the results,NbCp could strengthen Fe60 matrix,and had fine grain strengthening effect on Fe60matrix.When the mass fraction of ZTAp was 5%-15%,the impact-abrasive wear performance of ZTAp-NbCp/Fe60 composites was better than that of Fe60 and NbCp/Fe60.When the mass fraction was 15%,the ZTApNbCp/Fe60 had the best performance.ZTAp could weaken the impact and wear effect of abrasive particles on the composite and protect the matrix.Cracks occured at the interface and at defects in the ZTAp.The former leaded to ZTAp shedding,while the latter leaded to ZTAp fracturing.In both cases,the performance of the composite material would decrease.展开更多
The battery management system(BMS)is the main safeguard of a battery system for electric propulsion and machine electrifcation.It is tasked to ensure reliable and safe operation of battery cells connected to provide h...The battery management system(BMS)is the main safeguard of a battery system for electric propulsion and machine electrifcation.It is tasked to ensure reliable and safe operation of battery cells connected to provide high currents at high voltage levels.In addition to efectively monitoring all the electrical parameters of a battery pack system,such as the voltage,current,and temperature,the BMS is also used to improve the battery performance with proper safety measures within the system.With growing acceptance of lithium-ion batteries,major industry sectors such as the automotive,renewable energy,manufacturing,construction,and even some in the mining industry have brought forward the mass transition from fossil fuel dependency to electric powered machinery and redefned the world of energy storage.Hence,the functional safety considerations,which are those relating to automatic protection,in battery management for battery pack technologies are particularly important to ensure that the overall electrical system,regardless of whether it is for electric transportation or stationary energy storage,is in accordance with high standards of safety,reliability,and quality.If the system or product fails to meet functional and other safety requirements on account of faulty design or a sequence of failure events,then the environment,people,and property could be endangered.This paper analyzed the details of BMS for electric transportation and large-scale energy storage systems,particularly in areas concerned with hazardous environment.The analysis covers the aspect of functional safety that applies to BMS and is in accordance with the relevant industrial standards.A comprehensive evaluation of the components,architecture,risk reduction techniques,and failure mode analysis applicable to BMS operation was also presented.The article further provided recommendations on safety design and performance optimization in relation to the overall BMS integration.展开更多

In order to accurately and quickly identify the safety status pattern of coalmines,a new safety status pattern recognition method based on the extension neural network (ENN) was proposed,and the design of structure of...In order to accurately and quickly identify the safety status pattern of coalmines,a new safety status pattern recognition method based on the extension neural network (ENN) was proposed,and the design of structure of network,the rationale of recognition algorithm and the performance of proposed method were discussed in detail.The safety status pattern recognition problem of coalmines can be regard as a classification problem whose features are defined in a range,so using the ENN is most appropriate for this problem.The ENN-based recognition method can use a novel extension distance to measure the similarity between the object to be recognized and the class centers.To demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method,a real-world application on the geological safety status pattern recognition of coalmines was tested.Comparative experiments with existing method and other traditional ANN-based methods were conducted.The experimental results show that the proposed ENN-based recognition method can identify the safety status pattern of coalmines accurately with shorter learning time and simpler structure.The experimental results also confirm that the proposed method has a better performance in recognition accuracy,generalization ability and fault-tolerant ability,which are very useful in recognizing the safety status pattern in the process of coal production.展开更多
In order to overcome the flaws of present domestic devices for detecting faulty wires such as low precision,low sensitivity and instability,a new instrument for detecting and processing the signal of flux leakage caus...In order to overcome the flaws of present domestic devices for detecting faulty wires such as low precision,low sensitivity and instability,a new instrument for detecting and processing the signal of flux leakage caused by bro-ken wires of coal mine-hoist cables is investigated. The principle of strong magnetic detection was adopted in the equipment. Wires were magnetized by a pre-magnetic head to reach magnetization saturation. Our special feature is that the number of flux-gates installed along the circle direction on the wall of sensors is twice as large as the number of strands in the wire cable. Neighboring components are connected in series and the interference on the surface of the wire cable,produced by leakage from the flux field of the wire strands,is efficiently filtered. The sampled signal se-quence produced by broken wires,which is characterized by a three-dimensional distribution of the flux-leakage field on the surface of the wire cable,can be dimensionally condensed and characteristically extracted. A model of a BP neu-ral network is built and the algorithm of the BP neural network is then used to identify the number of broken wires quantitatively. In our research,we used a 6×37+FC,Φ24 mm wire cable as our test object. Randomly several wires were artificially broken and damaged to different degrees. The experiments were carried out 100 times to obtain data for 100 groups from our samples. The data were then entered into the BP neural network and trained. The network was then used to identify a total 16 wires,broken at five different locations. The test data proves that our new device can enhance the precision in detecting broken and damaged wires.展开更多

Its structure and working ...A mobile mechanism with four tracked-units for a missing miner search robot (MMSR) is presented, with a design based on the terrain features and atrocious environment of an underground mine. Its structure and working prin- ciple is discussed. The four tracked-units are controlled independently and driven cooperatively. By means of two DC motors being controlled respectively, one tracked-unit can accomplish two types of driving mode: tracked travel and in- tegral unit legged rotation (IULR), forming a track-legged compound function mechanism. Its capabilities of surmount- ing obstacles and its toppling stability in underground mines have also been analyzed. The results show that the mobile mechanism can directly surmount an obstacle of the height less than the length of one tracked-unit and get across a raceway with a span less than the length of one tracked-unit by using tracked travel and IULR. Its unstable slope angle is 51.3°. Toppling stability is determined by its structural size, moving direction and slope angle. IULR of four tracked-units can adjust the robot’s posture and then enhance toppling stability or assist in surmounting obstacles. Its track-legged compound function mechanism makes it suitable for working in underground mines.展开更多

This algorithm includes 2 linear least squares estimations and a linear filter. The influence of the order of basis time-(varying) functions on parameters estimation is analyzed. The method has the advantage of simple, saving computation time and storage space. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show the validity of this method.展开更多
Crystallization of diamond with different nitrogen concentrations was carried out with a FeNiCo-C system at pressure of 6.5 GPa.As the nitrogen concentration in diamond increased,the color of the synthesized diamond c...Crystallization of diamond with different nitrogen concentrations was carried out with a FeNiCo-C system at pressure of 6.5 GPa.As the nitrogen concentration in diamond increased,the color of the synthesized diamond crystals changed from colorless to yellow and finally to atrovirens(a dark green).All the Raman peaks for the obtained crystals were located at about 1330 cm^(-1)and contained only the sp^(3)hybrid diamond phase.Based on Fourier transform infrared results,the nitrogen concentration of the colorless diamond was<1 ppm and absorption peaks corresponding to nitrogen impurities were not detected.However,the C-center nitrogen concentration of the atrovirens diamond reached 1030 ppm and the value of A-center nitrogen was approximately 180 ppm with a characteristic absorption peak at 1282 cm^(-1).Furthermore,neither the NV^(0)nor the NV^(-)optical color center existed in diamond crystal with nitrogen impurities of less than 1 ppm by photoluminescence measurement.However,Ni-related centers located at 695 nm and 793.6 nm were observed in colorless diamond.The NE8 color center at 793.6 nm has more potential for application than the common NV centers.NV^(0)and NV^(-)optical color centers coexist in diamond without any additives in the synthesis system.Importantly,only the NV^(-)color center was noticed in diamond with a higher nitrogen concentration,which maximized optimization of the NV^(-)/NV^(0)ratio in the diamond structure.This study has provided a new way to prepare diamond containing only NV^(-)optical color centers.展开更多
Wire ropes,employed extensively in coal mine hoists and transportation systems are subject to damage due to wear,corrosion and fatigue.The extent of damage and the carrying capacity of ropes are closely related to the...Wire ropes,employed extensively in coal mine hoists and transportation systems are subject to damage due to wear,corrosion and fatigue.The extent of damage and the carrying capacity of ropes are closely related to the sense of safety by staff and equipments.Magnetic flux leakage detection method(MFL),as an effective method,is these days widely used in detection of broken strands of wire ropes.In order to improve the accuracy of detection of flaws in wire ropes by magnetic flux leakage(MFL),the effect of the distance between a sensor and the surface of a wire rope(i.e.,lift-off) on detection by magnetic flux leakage was in-vestigated.An analysis of the main principles for the choice of lift-off is described by us and a new method that improves the structure of the detector is proposed from the point of view of the design of a magnetic circuit,to restrain the impact of fluctuations of sensor lift-off.The effect of this kind of method is validated by simulation and computation.The results show that the detection sensitivity is markedly increased by this method.Furthermore,the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) can be increased by over 28%.This method will lend itself to offer reliable scientific information to optimize the structure of excitation devices and improve the accuracy of MFL detection.展开更多

This paper aims to provide a mathematical and theoretical foundation for the design of the configuration, kinematics analysis of a novel humanoid robot. It has a simplified configuration and design for entertainment purpose. The design methods, principle and mechanism are discussed. According to the design goals of this research, there are ten degrees of freedom in the two bionic arms. Modularization, concurrent design and extension theory methods were adopted in the configuration study and screw theory was introduced into the analysis of humanoid robot kinematics. Comparisons with other methods show that: 1) only two coordinates need to be established in the kinematics analysis of humanoid robot based on screw theory; 2) the spatial manipulator Jacobian obtained by using twist and exponential product formula is succinct and legible; 3) adopting screw theory to resolve the humanoid robot arms kinematics question can avoid singularities; 4) using screw theory can solve the question of specification insufficiency.展开更多

To solve t...Two-lap sequential control converters are usually adopted to supply and improve the power factor of input side. The line harmonic damage generated by a sequential control thyristor converter can be serious. To solve this prob-lem and seek an optimum control strategy,we derived the changeable regular of the line-input-current,the fundamen-tal-frequency-current,the harmonic-current-content and the harmonic total distortion ratio of the converter at different firing angles. We obtained relevant data from experiments with a sequential control system of a DC 2.2kW/220V motor. With the example of the operating condition of a DC mine elevator,the harmonic current is two times approximately in sequential control compared to synchronous control when the firing angle of the two converters differs in 30°. At dif-ferent operating states of a two-lap connection converter,the ideal strategy is an exchange between sequential control and synchronous control,by which we can achieve the complementary goal of improving the power factor and har-monic effect. All analytical conclusions are supported by simulation and experimental results.展开更多

A complete expression for the S/N ratio of a 4-channel A/D non-uniform sampling signal was deduced. First we obtained an expression for the S/N ratio of a 1-channel A/D uniform sampling signal when the sampling frequency was equal to or greater than 2 times the frequency of the sampled signal. Based on the S/N ratio of a 2-channel A/D,alternating,non-uniform sampling signal,we analyzed the distribution of quantitative error using the quantitative error probability density method and the distribution convolution formula. From this the S/N ratio expression of a 4-channel A/D sampling signal was deduced. The simulation result shows that the deduced expression is correct.展开更多

The best distance between electro- magnet and armature, which can realize the swing of tail fin, was researched in the experiment under water. Based on the belt conveyor of main inclined shaft in Chengzhuang coal mine, the driving torque, driving power and starting-speed characteristic of each electric motor are studied and measured when multi-roller variable-frequency drive (power distribution 2∶1) is used. 文摘The battery management system(BMS)is the main safeguard of a battery system for electric propulsion and machine electrifcation.It is tasked to ensure reliable and safe operation of battery cells connected to provide high currents at high voltage levels.In addition to efectively monitoring all the electrical parameters of a battery pack system,such as the voltage,current,and temperature,the BMS is also used to improve the battery performance with proper safety measures within the system.With growing acceptance of lithium-ion batteries,major industry sectors such as the automotive,renewable energy,manufacturing,construction,and even some in the mining industry have brought forward the mass transition from fossil fuel dependency to electric powered machinery and redefned the world of energy storage.Hence,the functional safety considerations,which are those relating to automatic protection,in battery management for battery pack technologies are particularly important to ensure that the overall electrical system,regardless of whether it is for electric transportation or stationary energy storage,is in accordance with high standards of safety,reliability,and quality.If the system or product fails to meet functional and other safety requirements on account of faulty design or a sequence of failure events,then the environment,people,and property could be endangered.This paper analyzed the details of BMS for electric transportation and large-scale energy storage systems,particularly in areas concerned with hazardous environment.The analysis covers the aspect of functional safety that applies to BMS and is in accordance with the relevant industrial standards.A comprehensive evaluation of the components,architecture,risk reduction techniques,and failure mode analysis applicable to BMS operation was also presented.The article further provided recommendations on safety design and performance optimization in relation to the overall BMS integration.

文摘In order to accurately and quickly identify the safety status pattern of coalmines,a new safety status pattern recognition method based on the extension neural network (ENN) was proposed,and the design of structure of network,the rationale of recognition algorithm and the performance of proposed method were discussed in detail.The safety status pattern recognition problem of coalmines can be regard as a classification problem whose features are defined in a range,so using the ENN is most appropriate for this problem.The ENN-based recognition method can use a novel extension distance to measure the similarity between the object to be recognized and the class centers.To demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method,a real-world application on the geological safety status pattern recognition of coalmines was tested.Comparative experiments with existing method and other traditional ANN-based methods were conducted.The experimental results show that the proposed ENN-based recognition method can identify the safety status pattern of coalmines accurately with shorter learning time and simpler structure.The experimental results also confirm that the proposed method has a better performance in recognition accuracy,generalization ability and fault-tolerant ability,which are very useful in recognizing the safety status pattern in the process of coal production.
文摘In order to overcome the flaws of present domestic devices for detecting faulty wires such as low precision,low sensitivity and instability,a new instrument for detecting and processing the signal of flux leakage caused by bro-ken wires of coal mine-hoist cables is investigated. The principle of strong magnetic detection was adopted in the equipment. Wires were magnetized by a pre-magnetic head to reach magnetization saturation. Our special feature is that the number of flux-gates installed along the circle direction on the wall of sensors is twice as large as the number of strands in the wire cable. Neighboring components are connected in series and the interference on the surface of the wire cable,produced by leakage from the flux field of the wire strands,is efficiently filtered. The sampled signal se-quence produced by broken wires,which is characterized by a three-dimensional distribution of the flux-leakage field on the surface of the wire cable,can be dimensionally condensed and characteristically extracted. A model of a BP neu-ral network is built and the algorithm of the BP neural network is then used to identify the number of broken wires quantitatively. In our research,we used a 6×37+FC,Φ24 mm wire cable as our test object. Randomly several wires were artificially broken and damaged to different degrees. The experiments were carried out 100 times to obtain data for 100 groups from our samples. The data were then entered into the BP neural network and trained. The network was then used to identify a total 16 wires,broken at five different locations. The test data proves that our new device can enhance the precision in detecting broken and damaged wires.

文摘Based on the platform of Matlab and the theory of digital signal processing, we propose a method in the cepstrum domain for dynamic load spectra identification of machinery. We demonstrate that the dynamic load spectra can be identified from the response signal of the system, based on cepstra. An ARMA model is built based on the harmonic retrieval by high-order spectra. The coefficients of a Green function are determined and the window width can be estimated. Finally the effectiveness of the method is validated by simulation results.
文摘A mobile mechanism with four tracked-units for a missing miner search robot (MMSR) is presented, with a design based on the terrain features and atrocious environment of an underground mine. Its structure and working prin- ciple is discussed. The four tracked-units are controlled independently and driven cooperatively. By means of two DC motors being controlled respectively, one tracked-unit can accomplish two types of driving mode: tracked travel and in- tegral unit legged rotation (IULR), forming a track-legged compound function mechanism. Its capabilities of surmount- ing obstacles and its toppling stability in underground mines have also been analyzed. The results show that the mobile mechanism can directly surmount an obstacle of the height less than the length of one tracked-unit and get across a raceway with a span less than the length of one tracked-unit by using tracked travel and IULR. Its unstable slope angle is 51.3°. Toppling stability is determined by its structural size, moving direction and slope angle. IULR of four tracked-units can adjust the robot’s posture and then enhance toppling stability or assist in surmounting obstacles. Its track-legged compound function mechanism makes it suitable for working in underground mines.
文摘The auto-regressive moving-average (ARMA) model with time-varying parameters is analyzed. The time-varying parameters are assumed to be a linear combination of a set of basis time-varying functions, and the feedback linear estimation algorithm is used to estimate the time-varying parameters of the ARMA model. This algorithm includes 2 linear least squares estimations and a linear filter. The influence of the order of basis time-(varying) functions on parameters estimation is analyzed. The method has the advantage of simple, saving computation time and storage space. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show the validity of this method.

文摘Crystallization of diamond with different nitrogen concentrations was carried out with a FeNiCo-C system at pressure of 6.5 GPa.As the nitrogen concentration in diamond increased,the color of the synthesized diamond crystals changed from colorless to yellow and finally to atrovirens(a dark green).All the Raman peaks for the obtained crystals were located at about 1330 cm^(-1)and contained only the sp^(3)hybrid diamond phase.Based on Fourier transform infrared results,the nitrogen concentration of the colorless diamond was<1 ppm and absorption peaks corresponding to nitrogen impurities were not detected.However,the C-center nitrogen concentration of the atrovirens diamond reached 1030 ppm and the value of A-center nitrogen was approximately 180 ppm with a characteristic absorption peak at 1282 cm^(-1).Furthermore,neither the NV^(0)nor the NV^(-)optical color center existed in diamond crystal with nitrogen impurities of less than 1 ppm by photoluminescence measurement.However,Ni-related centers located at 695 nm and 793.6 nm were observed in colorless diamond.The NE8 color center at 793.6 nm has more potential for application than the common NV centers.NV^(0)and NV^(-)optical color centers coexist in diamond without any additives in the synthesis system.Importantly,only the NV^(-)color center was noticed in diamond with a higher nitrogen concentration,which maximized optimization of the NV^(-)/NV^(0)ratio in the diamond structure.This study has provided a new way to prepare diamond containing only NV^(-)optical color centers.
文摘Wire ropes,employed extensively in coal mine hoists and transportation systems are subject to damage due to wear,corrosion and fatigue.The extent of damage and the carrying capacity of ropes are closely related to the sense of safety by staff and equipments.Magnetic flux leakage detection method(MFL),as an effective method,is these days widely used in detection of broken strands of wire ropes.In order to improve the accuracy of detection of flaws in wire ropes by magnetic flux leakage(MFL),the effect of the distance between a sensor and the surface of a wire rope(i.e.,lift-off) on detection by magnetic flux leakage was in-vestigated.An analysis of the main principles for the choice of lift-off is described by us and a new method that improves the structure of the detector is proposed from the point of view of the design of a magnetic circuit,to restrain the impact of fluctuations of sensor lift-off.The effect of this kind of method is validated by simulation and computation.The results show that the detection sensitivity is markedly increased by this method.Furthermore,the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) can be increased by over 28%.This method will lend itself to offer reliable scientific information to optimize the structure of excitation devices and improve the accuracy of MFL detection.

文摘A humanoid robot is a complex dynamic system for its idiosyncrasy. This paper aims to provide a mathematical and theoretical foundation for the design of the configuration, kinematics analysis of a novel humanoid robot. It has a simplified configuration and design for entertainment purpose. The design methods, principle and mechanism are discussed. According to the design goals of this research, there are ten degrees of freedom in the two bionic arms. Modularization, concurrent design and extension theory methods were adopted in the configuration study and screw theory was introduced into the analysis of humanoid robot kinematics. Comparisons with other methods show that: 1) only two coordinates need to be established in the kinematics analysis of humanoid robot based on screw theory; 2) the spatial manipulator Jacobian obtained by using twist and exponential product formula is succinct and legible; 3) adopting screw theory to resolve the humanoid robot arms kinematics question can avoid singularities; 4) using screw theory can solve the question of specification insufficiency.

文摘Two-lap sequential control converters are usually adopted to supply and improve the power factor of input side. The line harmonic damage generated by a sequential control thyristor converter can be serious. To solve this prob-lem and seek an optimum control strategy,we derived the changeable regular of the line-input-current,the fundamen-tal-frequency-current,the harmonic-current-content and the harmonic total distortion ratio of the converter at different firing angles. We obtained relevant data from experiments with a sequential control system of a DC 2.2kW/220V motor. With the example of the operating condition of a DC mine elevator,the harmonic current is two times approximately in sequential control compared to synchronous control when the firing angle of the two converters differs in 30°. At dif-ferent operating states of a two-lap connection converter,the ideal strategy is an exchange between sequential control and synchronous control,by which we can achieve the complementary goal of improving the power factor and har-monic effect. All analytical conclusions are supported by simulation and experimental results.

文摘Hard coatings have been widely applied to enhance tribological performance of mechanical components.However,it was predicted that thin hard coatings may have a weakening effect which could reduce the coating/substrate system’s resistance to plastic yielding compared with the uncoated substrate material.In this paper,analytical simulation is utilized to investigate the origin of weakening effect.The functions of material mechanical properties and coating thickness on the weakening effect are theoretically investigated.Partial-unloading spherical nanoindentation tests are performed on tungsten coated single crystalline silicon and copper to acquire the stress-strain curves and compared with the uncoated cases.The experimental results are in consistence with the analytical solutions,demonstrating the presence of weakening effect.

文摘Using the quantitative error probability density method we studied the S/N ratio of alternately sampled signals digitized by a 4-channel A/D. A complete expression for the S/N ratio of a 4-channel A/D non-uniform sampling signal was deduced. First we obtained an expression for the S/N ratio of a 1-channel A/D uniform sampling signal when the sampling frequency was equal to or greater than 2 times the frequency of the sampled signal. Based on the S/N ratio of a 2-channel A/D,alternating,non-uniform sampling signal,we analyzed the distribution of quantitative error using the quantitative error probability density method and the distribution convolution formula. From this the S/N ratio expression of a 4-channel A/D sampling signal was deduced. The simulation result shows that the deduced expression is correct.
文摘With the aim to apply the electric fish into practice to assist coal mine water disaster life detection and rescue work, based on the analysis on swing propulsion movements of tail fin, this paper integrates the electromagnet technology with tail fin drive system by analyzing how the fish swims with tail fin under the law of progression. The principle, structure, and drive signals of tail fin electromagnetic drive are researched, the enforced situation of fish under eIectromagnetic driving modes are analyzed, and the experimental plat-form of tail fin electromagnetic drive is established. The best distance between electro- magnet and armature, which can realize the swing of tail fin, was researched in the experiment under water. The robotic fish structure parameters of tail fin electromagnetic drive was finalized by theoretical analysis and experimental measurement.
文摘in this paper, an electromechanically coupled mathematic model of multi-roller driving system for belt conveyor is set up, and the computing equations for dynamic displacement and dynamic tension of the conveyor are also formulated when the hoister is used for straining. Based on the belt conveyor of main inclined shaft in Chengzhuang coal mine, the driving torque, driving power and starting-speed characteristic of each electric motor are studied and measured when multi-roller variable-frequency drive (power distribution 2∶1) is used. The optimal control and the optimal starting-acceleration of the multi-roller variable-frequency drive are determined by a large number of industrial experiments and theoretical calculations.
