Methods: Palliative care was provided to 15 patients with advanced multiple myeloma, improving their quality of life through comprehensive psychological care, symptom care, and social support. Results: Through various interventions such as psychological care, symptom care, complication prevention, nutritional support, and pain management, all patients did not experience any adverse events related to nursing, and their nursing satisfaction was high. All patients can alleviate their pain to varying degrees, and the psychological pressure on themselves and their families is significantly reduced. They can actively participate in and cooperate with the doctor’s treatment, which improves the quality of life and survival time of patients.
